TecAccess, a leader in risk management and accessible Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), has been invited to participate in the Diversity and Disability Expert Group at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, DC. Debra Ruh, Founder & CEO of TecAccess, will join other accessibility leaders, such as Terri Youngblood, to address critical disability issues in human resources.

During the Diversity and Disability Expert Group, Judy Rasmussen and Gilberto Pastrana, of Maryland State Dept of Education, Division of rehabilitation Services (DORS), will lead discussions around employment and accommodation of persons with disabilities. Additionally the group will focus on the mainstreaming of disability issues in human resources and throughout all operations.
