Tracy is the Executive Vice President & Director of Technological Services. She leads the TecAccess Production/Technology team which engages with accessibility policy makers concerning the future direction of high impact technologies and the implication of these trends on government and private clients.
She has been involved with TecAccess since its grass roots beginning. Working to develop each of the effective departments within TecAccess, Tracy has defined the very processes that have made the thriving company a success. As the Director of Technical Services, Tracy oversees all phases of production, including Testing, Training, Web Design, and Product Remediation. Part of her functions include developing and leading a large group of employees responsible for the technical operations that are involved in identifying accessibility issues and engineering solutions across a wide range of products.
Tracy has led, managed, mentored, completed and excelled at various courses on Accessibility and Accessible design, and today is regarded as a leading accessibility expert worldwide. Her talents include a strong knowledge of HTML, Section 508, and Assistive Technology implementation. Tracy keeps her teams current by monitoring - and leading -- many newsgroups, legislation, and governing bodies, keeping TecAccess on the cutting edge of accessibility issues and awareness.
